Concert & Symphonic Band Universal Studios Trip 2024

The Pre-MPA (State Assessment) Clinic/Concert will be structured for students to perform their MPA program in a supportive environment with professional educators providing feedback in preparation for MPA, which is planned for March 5. This is a final push after the focused work that happens in band as we prepare for State Assessment. (Also, what a reward!)
We will calculate student cost based on the number of students planning to travel. Last year's two night trip cost was $750 and we are working to keep the cost below that price point.
Chaperone lottery will be after student registration is complete. (If you have emailed me you would like to chaperone- your name will be included.) Chaperones may pay for a double or single room.
Board approved nurse will travel with our group.
Payment Schedule (Online Payment System- you may pay with a credit card): $50 deposit due September, $150 monthly payments in October, November, December, final balance due in January. No adjustments to individual trip packages are available (season ticket holders, etc.)
REFUNDS: Insurance will be available through American Travel Consultants.
